RESEARCH ABOUT NORDIC CO-PRODUCTIONS FOR KIDS AND YOUTH

Mi is working on a research report about Nordic co-productions for The Financing Forum for Kids Content and co-organised by and with a grant from Nordisk Film & TV Fond.

The aim is to define and understand the challenges that Nordic content producers who work with children and youth content might be facing in a changing media landscape and suggest viable and actionable suggestions to mitigate them.

Mi has worked professionally with children and youth culture during the last 15 years, primarily from a communications point of view. She has worked on children's film festivals in Denmark and Germany, and in more recent years she has handled communication and marketing in various Nordic gaming companies. Mi holds a master in Modern Culture and Communication with studies focusing on the democratic potential of youth media. Currently, she runs her own small Copenhagen based communications company called MisKommunikation.
